Ottomania.nl and all their content and services are provided by Ottomania – the Netherlands under the following terms and conditions. By visiting or shopping at these website you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use these sites.

Prices

Please note that all prices are stated in Euro, shipping costs excluded.

Supply

An article you wish to purchase might be sold out. All products are imported from Turkey and Syria and are often handmade, so possibly we are unable to supply the item at short notice.

Order confirmation and payment

After completing your order you´ll receive an orderconfirmation by e-mail. The payment of the item plus shipmentcosts as mentioned in your order confirmation can be paid directly online by creditcard.

Return Policy

In case an item is not to your satisfaction or you have ordered the wrong product, we recommend that you consult with us and return the unused item in proper condition within 14 days after delivery. We do not accept unstamped shipments. You are responsible for costs of returning the item. We also ask you to send us a copy of your bill, your iban account number and please state the reason of returning the item.

Shipment

All items are shipped with GLS parcel service. Shipping costs are stated on your order confirmation before you pay the total amount online.
Orders with a total amount of more than € 200,00 are free of shipping cost. Herewith a list of countries and the cost of shipping:

Ottomania will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy notice

Your personal information is received and stored in our customer file. Responsibilty for this file is held by Ottomania, Warmoesstraat 22, 2011 HP Haarlem. Your personal information is used to assess, customize and carry out an order and to uphold the customer relationship which includes collecting amounts due and satisfy to legal obligations. Ottomania does not share customer information. The information is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third party agents to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, delivering packages, fulfilling orders or analyzing data. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Ottomania reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price. All colours, sizes and shapes are subject to changes. Colours of textile can change due to change of colours of the tread. Please notes that we are not responsible for any damage of other goods from you due to use of our products or due to mixed washing of textiles. Textiles can shrink about 5 till 10% depending on the kind of material.

Choice of Law

By visiting Ottomania you agree that the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ottomania. Any disputes arising between you and Ottomania, shall be settled and determined in the Netherlands in any court having jurisdiction there of. By visiting Ottomania, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any of said courts for purposes of resolving such disputes and waive any claims or defense of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.
